The regular stuff is still going
This painting of Napoleon's Farewell to Josephine - Laslett John Pott, ca. 1891 conveys visually the heartbreak one feels during this studio closure.
There are no sessions over this whole Valentines and family day Long week-end as cSPACE is closed to the public.
This Thursday Feb. 13th we did open the studio fro the building wide showcase event titled Nuit Des Artistes. The "metro painting team":Doug Driediger, Elena Bushan and Bunny drew Niti from life as hordes of people came and went to see what was going on in the studio.
Also we have an envelope from John that has two pieces from his recent one night exhibition, you'll have to come in to see them first hand.
After such a great test night for portrait and some discussion over the past few weeks...
We will be offering something NEW! Drop in Portrait sessions from life on Thursday nights 6:30 - 9:30. Feb. 27th will be our first trial and we will be continuing throughout March.
